This Cookie Policy explains how Easy Flat Inc., doing business as Nmbr ("Nmbr," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on nmbr.homes. Nmbr currently offers its services for users and properties in the United States. This Cookie Policy applies to all visitors to nmbr.homes, regardless of location.

This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

  1. 1. What These Technologies Are

    Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Nmbr and its providers may also use local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies. These tools can recognize a browser or device, remember information, measure activity, or support site features.

    Some technologies last only for the current browser session. Others remain until they expire, are replaced, or you clear them. Local storage may remain until Nmbr or you remove it.

    We use cookies and similar technologies to:

    • Keep the site working and maintain secure user sessions.
    • Remember preferences and recent activity.
    • Understand traffic, product usage, and how users move through Nmbr.
    • Diagnose errors, monitor performance, and improve the service.
    • Remember referral, campaign, and advertising attribution information.
    • Measure advertising and, where used, support more relevant advertising.

  3. 3. Categories We Use

    Necessary and functional

    These technologies support authentication, security, core site features, saved preferences, and continuity between pages. For example, Nmbr stores an authenticated session in browser storage so a signed-in user can remain signed in. Blocking these technologies may prevent parts of Nmbr from working.

    Analytics and performance

    These technologies help us measure visits and product events, understand usage, identify errors, and improve performance. Providers may include Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, Plausible, and Sentry.

    Advertising and attribution

    These technologies help us understand which ads or referrals brought a user to Nmbr, measure conversions, and evaluate campaigns. Depending on our production configuration, providers may include Google, Meta, and OpenAI Ads.

    Nmbr also stores first-party attribution information undernmbr.acquisition_attribution.v1. This may include the landing page, referring site, UTM parameters, and advertising click identifiers such asgclid orfbclid. This browser-storage item does not currently have an automatic expiration date and remains until it is replaced, removed by Nmbr, or cleared through your browser.

  4. 4. Session Replay

    Nmbr uses analytics and error-monitoring tools that may create a visual replay of how a user interacts with the site, including clicks, scrolling, navigation, and page layout. Amplitude session replay may be enabled for signed-in use, and Sentry may capture sampled sessions or sessions where an error occurs.

    These tools are configured or designed to mask form inputs or page text as appropriate. Full payment-card details are entered on Stripe's checkout service and are not stored by Nmbr.

  5. 5. Third-Party Services

    Third-party providers may set or read their own cookies and browser storage when their services are active. Their names, duration, and behavior can change based on provider configuration and updates.

    When you continue to Stripe Checkout, Stripe may use its own cookies for payment processing, fraud prevention, security, and checkout functionality. Stripe's use of those technologies is governed by its own policies.

    Some analytics services, such as Plausible, may operate without setting traditional tracking cookies, but may still receive limited technical and event information.

  6. 6. Your Choices

    If a cookie or privacy settings panel is displayed on Nmbr, you can use it to manage the available categories. Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through that panel.

    You can also use your browser settings to view, block, or delete cookies and local storage. You may use browser privacy or content-blocking features to limit third-party tracking. If you clear browser data, saved preferences and your Nmbr session may also be removed.

    We may update this Cookie Policy when our technologies, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date.
